“As the owner of a successful bookkeeping practice, I highly recommend Wiseclick Training. I am a Wiseclick graduate myself, having completed my course with them in 2009. When I need new bookkeeping staff I also turn to Wiseclick as I know their graduates have been well trained and will be competent bookkeepers.
As well as the Cert IV of bookkeeping, Wiseclick offer a broad range of courses in both software packages and Microsoft office packages.
Students will complete their courses with excellent well rounded skills. Their ongoing support is also second to none!”
Evelyn Rosa – previous student and Bookkeeping Practice owner. (May 2017)
With a structured classroom calendar from introductory MYOB and accounting concepts through to high end inventory and financial reports, all units are delivered by our friendly, patient, accredited trainers who are also MYOB & Xero Qualified Bookkeepers and Consultants.
Classroom is recommended for anyone new to accounting and bookkeeping or for those looking to have a peer group to work with.
We have 6 intakes a year starting in February, March, May, July, September, and November with a 12-month enrolment period. We do try to tailor our classroom calendar breaks around school holiday where possible.
Classes are one day a week 9am till 2.30pm (with the exception one class going till 4.30pm). Students will attend the class and then complete a provided study guide and revision at home before completing the assessments for the units. The study guide and assessment are completed on our online student portal.
We recommend students should be able to complete 8 – 16 hours of study time at home a week, this would include completing the study guide and assessments. Depending on your skill level and experience some student may find they do more or less hours.
On average the classroom calendar will be completed in 9 – 10 months. Total volume of learning hours for the chosen units have been calculated as 1040 hours for beginners who have had no exposure to bookkeeping or accounting prior to commencing the course and includes delivery, offsite revision, and study time.
Students take on average a full 12 months to complete, these hours include resubmission, revision, one on one trainer sessions and email questions about course work.
Students with experience may find the total volume of learning lower as they may not require some of the support options listed above or have units recognised from another qualification.
