As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO no 52602), WiseClick Training delivers the nationally recognised FNS40217 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping & FNS50217 Diploma of Accounting. Our students are taught by the following accredited trainers and we include two days of introduction to bookkeeping and accounting to ensure our students understand the how and why of debits and credits right from the start of the course.

Cheryl has numerous qualifications, including Bookkeeping, Training & Assessment and Mortgage Broking. Recognised as a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers she is an accredited trainer, with consultant level certification in Xero, MYOB, Calxa, and Workflow Max accounting software programs. When Cheryl’s not in the office or helping students outside office hours you’ll find her out on the water or spending time with family and fur babies
Working as a deckhand on a prawn trawler the arrival of her first child made her realise her life on the ocean needed to change. The move to Perth was the catalyst to start her new career in accounting and bookkeeping. Determined to manage her work/life balance Cheryl purchased premises in Balcatta and set up a MYOB bookkeeping training and consulting business. As the years went by the business evolved and Cheryl is now the owner of WiseClick Training, she continues to run this successful local small business catering for mature aged students looking to return to the workforce or increase their accounting and bookkeeping skills.
Training Coordinator & Trainer
Tarryn is our full-time trainer who receives constant positive feedback on her friendly and interactive training style. Tarryn completed her Bookkeeping Certificate at WiseClick (she was doing the books for her mother and wanted to know more and gain a qualification), Cheryl and the staff noticed her friendly personality, high standard of work and computer skills immediately. Once Tarryn completed her qualification she was asked to undertake the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment so she could become a member of the WiseClick team. We like to joke here at WiseClick with our students – we are always looking for potentials staff for positions, either with us or with our business owner colleagues. We are pleased to say that Tarryns’ mum has forgiven us for stealing her accounts girl.
When she’s not training or helping students with questions you can find Tarryn cooking and baking up a storm at home. Having attended an Agricultural college and coming from a farming background one of her favourite cookbooks is the Country Women’s Association Cookbook.
Aimie is part-time trainer with WIseClick. A very busy lady holding qualifications in Training and Assessing, Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting and a Bachelor of Business. Working as a bookkeeping manager and MYOB and Xero software specialist, her knowledge of small business challenges and systems makes her a valuable member of the WiseClick team.
When Aimie is not training you will find her hanging out at the beach or walking her dog Coco along the walkways and beaches of Perth. Coming from Brisbane originally, Aimie has made her home in Perth and loves the laid back lifestyle and perfect weather here on the West Coast of Australia. Catching up with friends, cooking and yoga are some of her favourite past times when she is not playing with Coco.
Kerry is our compliance officer, checking that we are ticking all the right boxes and maintaining the highest standards in training and assessing. Previously, the training coordinator Kerry made the move to semi-retirement taking on part-time hours here at WiseClick. This meant we have the bonus of keeping her with us and having access to someone who has prepared and assisted in the ongoing registration and administration of WiseClick Training as a registered training organisation. Helping with the monthly newsletter and looking after the ICB network meeting dates and speakers keeps her busy and she loves coming in to catch up with the staff each week.
When Kerry is not here making sure we are all above board you will find her volunteering or helping out with her beloved grandchildren. Her other interests include travelling, Tai Chi and cooking.
Sarah completed her Certificate here at WiseClick and we just had to keep her! Sarah looks after all our students needs from answering phone calls and emails to booking students in for classes. She also helps to keep our student records and completions up to date. Sarah helps Cheryl with the Job Register and takes care of our social media. With her bubbly personality she makes us and students laugh everyday and is busy currently upskilling in Xero and MYOB certifications, even contemplating starting the Diploma in Accounting here.
When Sarah is not at work she had a big fur baby named Billy that takes up a lot of her time. He was a rescue but you wouldn’t be able to tell with all the love and attention he gets from Sarah..
Online Portal Administrator
Georgina is responsible for the progressive move of WiseClick Training’s data onto our online portal – Cloud Assess, and continues to manage and maintain the platform to ensure the students have an effective and easy learning experience. She is also WiseClick Training’s bookkeeper, and assists by covering reception a few days a week.
Georgina is currently studying Anatomy and Human Biology at UWA, and keeps us all entertained with her knowledge and fun facts about the human body at lunch times – we have all learnt a lot from her!
In her spare time she volunteers with ’Swim for Refugees’ and takes care of some very cute but scary pets… a lizard and a tarantula! We haven’t let her bring these in for a visit yet, we are still working up to that
Paula completed her Certificate in Bookkeeping with WiseClick a few years ago, at the time she owned 2 service stations and was doing her own bookkeeping. From running her own business she has high level MYOB skills and her bubbly personality makes her perfect to help all of our students. Paula is in the office 2 days a week looking after all things student administration including answers student phone calls and managing the student admin email. She is also responsible for contacting our online students on a regular basis to see how they are going and if they need anything.
When Paula is not at work she loves to spend time with her Grand Daughter and Grand Sons and her 2 Labradors. Of a night time you will find her on her iPad playing games or with a crochet hook in hand marking amazing cardigans for her daughters.
