About WiseClick Training

WiseClick Training commenced as a business in 1999, specialising in accounts, business software training and consulting. In January 2014 WiseClick Training became a Registered Training Organisation offering nationally recognised units of competencies, focusing on the bookkeeping and accounting areas.

WiseClick’s knowledgeable staff know their subject matter in and out and continuously strive to improve, update and communicate the course content in a user-friendly manner. Additional support is offered to those learners who have English as an additonal language or are returning to study after a long break from the workforce. We are passionate about training top-quality bookkeepers and helping business owners to grow their businesses.

Our Vision Statement

To be the trainer of choice for anyone wanting to obtain up to date skills and the confidence to work in bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative sectors.

Meet Our Team

Over the years I have learnt that employing someone is not just about their skills, knowledge, and ability to learn, it’s more about the way they make our customers feel; do they just get along and get the job done?

For me, having a business team is like having a second family, I want to watch my them grow, learn and I want them to enjoy what they are doing. Happy people produce great results. I am also a firm believer that collaborative minds are the way to grow a business, as the business owner I am continually learning from my customers and my staff.

WiseClick Training - Our Trainers

WiseClick Training Owner Cheryl Triplett

Cheryl Triplett

Director

Cheryl has numerous qualifications, including Bookkeeping, Training & Assessment and Mortgage Broking.  Recognised as a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers she is an accredited trainer, with consultant level certification in  Xero, MYOB, Calxa, and Workflow Max accounting software programs. When Cheryl’s not in the office or helping students outside office hours you’ll find her out on the water or spending time with family and fur babies

Working as a deckhand on a prawn trawler the arrival of her first child made her realise her life on the ocean needed to change. The move to Perth was the catalyst to start her new career in accounting and bookkeeping.  Determined to manage her work/life balance Cheryl purchased premises in Balcatta and set up a MYOB bookkeeping training and consulting business.  As the years went by the business evolved and Cheryl is now the owner of WiseClick Training, she continues to run this successful local small business catering for mature aged students looking to return to the workforce or increase their accounting and bookkeeping skills.

Wiseclick TARRYN2

Tarryn Drage

Director, Trainer & Training Coordinator

Tarryn is our full-time trainer who receives constant positive feedback on her friendly and interactive training style. Tarryn completed her Bookkeeping Certificate at WiseClick (she was doing the books for her mother and wanted to know more and gain a qualification), Cheryl and the staff noticed her friendly personality, high standard of work and computer skills immediately.

Once Tarryn completed her qualification she was asked to undertake the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment so she could become a member of the WiseClick team. We like to joke here at WiseClick  Training with our students – we are always looking for potentials staff for positions, either with us or with our business owner colleagues.  We are pleased to say that Tarryns’ mum has forgiven us for stealing her accounts girl.

When she’s not training or helping students with questions you can find Tarryn cooking and baking up a storm at home. Having attended an Agricultural college and coming from a farming background one of her favourite cookbooks is the Country Women’s Association Cookbook.

Sarah Irvine

Director, Student Administrator & Trainer

Sarah completed her Certificate here at WiseClick Training and we just had to keep her!

Sarah looks after all our students needs from answering phone calls and emails to booking students in for classes. She also helps to keep our student records and completions up to date.

Sarah helps Cheryl with the Job Register and takes care of our social media. With her bubbly personality, she makes us and students laugh every day. Sarah also conducts training sessions in select subjects for us and all the students love Sarah’s classes!

When Sarah is not at work she has 2 big fur babies named Billy & Calli that takes up a lot of her time. They were both rescues but you wouldn’t be able to tell with all the love and attention they gets from Sarah. She also loves being in the outdoors at the beach on a sunny day or camping when she can.

Maeve Sheen

Maeve Sheen

Student Administrator

Maeve works at WiseClick Training on a part time basis, looking after student administration including answering student phone calls and managing the student admin email. She is responsible for contacting our online students on a regular basis to see how they are going and if they need anything. She also helps to keep our student records and completions up to date.

Maeve is also our compliance officer, checking that we are ticking all the right boxes and maintaining the highest standards in training and assessing. She assists in the ongoing registration and administration of WiseClick Training as a registered training organisation and issues the certificates at the end of the course.

When she’s not at work she is studying Biomedical Science at university, and often tries to talk about genetics and chemistry to a sometimes-reluctant audience. She spends her time off knitting and wrangling yarn away from her crazy cat.
